Poyner Spruill, which has offices in Charlotte, Raleigh and Southern Pines, has signed a lease to move its 30-person Rocky Mount office to the main building of the Rocky Mount Mills.
Poyner Spruill will join Envolve Vision, the Rocky Mount Telegram and Life 103.1 to be the fourth corporate tenant in the 150-acre mixed-use development on the Tar River.
