Overview

The Rocky Mount Mills 5k is not your “run of the mill 5k”.  We are MUCH MORE than just a race.  We bring a complete event to the historic mill property. Our May event not only features a race, we also have food trucks, craft beer, and a post race concert.  All of this while raising money for Cystic Fibrosis.  Come join the fun!

Schedule:

  • 7:30 am – Packet Pickup Begins

  • 8:30 am – Race Starts

  • 9:00 am – Food Trucks Open

  • 9:00 am – Live Music Begins

  • 9:40 am – Race awards

  • 12:00 pm – Event Ends
